cmwforms - Service Management
Description
A suite of integrated ITIL service management applications providing support for
the majority of the ITIL service management processes. The close
integration
between the applications enables the creation and implementation of an integrated
CMDB with relative ease and without the need for any programming or database design
work.

- Inventory Register (CMDB)
- Service Catalogue
The inventory register can be used to document complex environment dependencies
and relationships.
Interoperability
You can use this suite with the
Development Management suite to provide end to end process support
from development through to live support. The integration between these
two suites allows you to link incidents to problems to development
defects to changes and then releases.
