cmwforms is a Windows smart client that can be used to develop web based collaboration and process based applications.

Special features of cmwforms include:

You can create applications without the need for any programming or scripting.
CMW provides a server environment to run your applications and therefore you do not need to worry about creating and administering web servers to host your applications.
cmwforms automates access to the database and therefore you do not need to create, edit or maintain any form of SQL queries.

We ship cmwforms as a stand-alone product or as part of an Appliance.

The appliance is a Windows Virtual PC with all the necessary software (Windows Server 2003, SQL Server Express and cmwforms) installed and pre-configured. Using the appliance allows you to create a working CMW Forms installation without the need to go through the following cmwforms installation steps:

Install Windows Server 2003.
Install IIS.
Configure IIS to use ASP.NET.
Install Windows SMTP mail server.
Configure SMTP server.
Install cmwforms and its pre-requisites (SQL Server Express and Microsoft Framework 2.0)
Configure cmwforms attachment folder.

cmwforms and Appliance include a free copy of the Business Management Solution and 10 user access licences.
