We are in the early stages of preparing plans to raise private funding to help expand and develop cmwforms.

As part of this activity the management team has been extended to include a Sales and Marketing Director and a Finance Director.

Our expectation is that by middle of 2008 we will approach funding organizations with the aim of raising finance to perform the following:

• Establish an off-shore development capability.
• Establish an on-shore help desk and dedicated support organisation.
• Expand the sales and marketing team.
• Identify and establish partnerships with other organisations to help provide local sales, marketing and support capabilities across the globe.

We intend to re-brand cmwforms in early 2008 and this may also involve changes to product packaging and solution pricing.
